Online Registration and Credit Card Payment

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The payment system will close at HK time 01:00 AM to 07:00 AM daily for the backup purpose and you are advised not to process the on-line payment during this period.

- No refund will be made after transaction.
- Registration is valid only upon receipt of full payment.
- Minimum payment: HKD 600.00
- Maximum payment: HKD 3,000.00

- When payment has been successfully made, you will receive a payment acknowledge email. No separate printed copy of official would be sent.
- This System only accepts Visa or Master credit cards. If you are not holding a valid credit card issued by Visa or Master, please do not proceed to make payment with this System.
- The merchant name of the credit card payment is The HK Polytechnic University. (i.e. The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, one of the organizer of the 10th Asia Cornea and Contact Lens Conference, will collect the payment on behalf of the Asia Cornea and Contact Lens Conference).
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before 31st March 2016.
